The license includes up to one hour of installation support (via e-mail, Skype, or phone calls). It also includes one year of free upgrades to new versions.

Each license gives you a choice among four Crystal runtime components versions: 8.5, 9,
XI (R2), and 2008. For example, you may install the Crystal 9 version and later decide that you wish to switch to the Crystal XI or Crystal 2008 version.

A DataLink Viewer license never expires -- only technical support and free updates expire if you don't renew annual support. Each license gives you the right to install the software on a single PC. If you use software such as Citrix, Terminal Server, PC Anywhere, VNC or and Remote Desktop to provide remote access to the software, you should also purchase 1 license per permitted remote user (if that user doesn't already have a local license on their PC).
